Taking herbal baths is one of my most favorite things ever and this herb + epsom salts mixture is perfect for easing aches and soreness. A gorgeous mix of organic blue vervain + arnica + helichrysum + eucalyptus + peppermint + epsom salts.

Just fill the enclosed muslin bag with the herbs and add it into your bath and soak. You can use it to scrub your skin with as well to get even more from the herbs.
