Baked Shimmer Eyeshadow (Raven)

Description

Baked shimmer with rich pigment. Highly-Pigmented and silky smooth powder. Applies and blends evenly. The long lasting and shimmering colors can be worn wet or dry. How to Use: Apply Stick It! eye primer to get a more dramatic effect or use Eyeliner Seal to create liquid eyeliner. Then apply eyeshadow as usual. Can be applied to eyes, lips & face.
