We use a high gloss base so this gloss is great to use alone or over lipstick or stain. Our plus formula also includes castor oil and vitamin e for ultimate hydration and anti aging properties. The best part is that it contains niacin which help enhance your lips natural color. It goes on clear and does have mother of pearl mica in it that will give lips the appearance of looking bigger. It tastes like cinnamon and clove and the tingling starts a couple of minutes after application but is not overly strong.
