- FINDING THE PERFECT SIZE - Our tummy liners are designed to run from one side of your waist to the other rather than all the way around. To determine your size, measure your waist from one side to the other, which is essentially half your waist band size. Find the corresponding size for this measurement in our size chart (see the images), and remember to size down (i.e. better shorter than longer)
